As a national brand, we’ve been closely monitoring the dynamic situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Although COVID-19 is an evolving situation with many unknowns, we are sure of one thing: We will do our part to help our partners, team members, guests and communities prepare.  

Together, we can help slow the spread of the virus. Rest assured that our spas are going above and beyond the already-strict protocols and enhancing sanitization procedures.

You can rest assured that your Woodhouse Spa experience is safe. The Woodhouse Spas is your home away from home.

We will be sanitizing our spas hard surfaces at a higher frequency and guests can find multiple options of hand sanitizer. We are also conducting training for our partners and teams to reinforce our enhanced sanitation and personal wellness measures.  

Relaxed Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may be concerned about visiting a spa during this time, so we have relaxed our cancellation policy, waiving our fees through March 31. (Out of respect for the time and availability of our team members, please try to give at least 24 hours advanced notice.) We have a team that meets daily to review. We will continue to update you on any news. The Woodhouse Spas is following all CDC requirements - in fact going beyond by ensuring team members have wellness kits and adding hands-free sanitizing stations in locker rooms, quiet room, other common areas.  

As a spa, we take wellness very seriously.  Remember, you still need to take care of yourself, keep things in perspective, and remain calm. Visiting The Woodhouse Spa will undoubtedly help you do that! We promise to continue to be the leader in spa and wellness and to keep your spa experience safe, and as our Mission states, transformative. We are here for you when you need us the most, our trusted partners, team members, guests and community.

Our Team is the heart and soul of The Woodhouse, and we are helping them take extra care of themselves and their families so they can take better care of you, our guests. Team members will be equipped with Wellness Kits consisting of our favorite hand sanitizers, Vitamin C packets, and Breathe Easy Aromatherapy. Team members should never go to work feeling sick, nor should they be concerned about getting paid for that time; therefore, we are waiving or extending the sick leave caps in our company-owned spas.

This is an unprecedented time for our country. On behalf of The Woodhouse Spas team, thank you for your partnership, and your understanding and patience as we implement our COVID-19 safety policies.
